Tell us what you think

How are YOU doing?

We need to know whether we are making a difference to the lives of the children and young people we work with.

Our special consultation forms are your chance to tell us how things are going in your life. Your social worker will ask you to fill in the form before any important meeting. Have a look at the form here:

Tell us what you think about your looked after children review meeting

Have you had a looked after child (LAC) review meeting recently?

When you are looked after, the law says we have to have a special meeting to make sure that your carer is looking after you properly, that your social worker is supporting you and to help make plans for the future.

It is a good idea to attend your review meeting. If you are worried about speaking at the meeting, tell your social worker or your Independent Reviewing Officer (IRO). They can help you to get your views heard in other ways.

Please give your feedback about your expereince of the LAC review meeting

Tell us what you think about your child protection conference

Have you attended a child protection conference meeting recently?

The child protection review is a meeting of people who you know - like your teacher, school nurse or social worker. Your parents and/ or the person who cares for you are also invited. At the meeting, they will want to find the best way to help you and will try to make sure that you get the help you need.
