Staying safe from harm

You should feel safe and we promise to do all we can to look after you and keep you protected from harm. If you feel threatened or are hurt, we will make sure you know where to go for help and that carers, social workers and teachers support you.

• We will provide you with a safe home to live with suitable and well trained carers, where you will be happy and taken care of and we will only move you if absolutely necessary.
• Unless you have to move placement in an emergency, we will give you all the information we can about your new placement, your new carers and the area you are going to live.
• You will be given information about the support you can get from youth services such as information about education, training and careers.
