We need to know whether we are making a difference to the lives of the children and young people we work with.
Our special consultation forms are your chance to tell us how things are going in your life. Your social worker will ask you to fill in the form before any important meeting. Have a look at the form here:
We need to know how good our service is and if we can do things better. To give your feedback about the service, click on the link that will take you to the quick and easy online questionnaire.
Have you had a health assessment recently with the Looked After Children nurse or a looked after children doctor? Please give your feedback here
Have you had a Looked After Child (LAC) review meeting recently?
When you are looked after, the law says we have to have a special meeting to make sure that your carer is looking after you properly, that your social worker is supporting you and to help make plans for the future.
It is a good idea to attend your review meeting. If you are worried about speaking at the meeting, tell your social worker or your IRO. They can help you to get your views heard in other ways.
Please give your feedback about your LAC review meeting
Have you been part of the Child and Family assessment recently?
An assessment is when a social worker asks you and your family questions to find out what help you and your family need. We want your views about your experience of the assessment.
Please give your feedback about the Child and Family assessment
This is Camden's annual survey to find out children's and young people's views about the Camden Socila Work Service.
If you have had a social worker supporting you and your family in the past year, please give your feedback
We would like to know what you thought about the service.
