Mental health awareness week May 9-18, 2022
Covid 19 lockdown had a major impact on our mental health and wellbeing. There were extended periods of “lockdowns” where whole populations were advised to stay indoors. So now, it is important to take steps to connect with others and with a wider community. This is one way you can help yourself and others to fell less alone.
