Spear- grow in work readiness and confidence
Spear is a great way for young people between the ages of 16 – 24 to grow in work readiness skills, confidence, and to get into sustainable employment or education.
The six-week programme with one year of follow up support covers professional and personal development for the most vulnerable young people.
