The inaugural Camden Young People’s Pathway Awards, will be held on the 11th of June at the Camden Centre in Kings Cross. This event aims to highlight the positive commitment shown by young people in terms of their own development, as well as to celebrate the work of service providers and individual staff who provide support to young people in supported accommodation in Camden.
The aim is for this event to be a source of motivation as well as celebration, so that young people can recognise the achievements of themselves and their peers.
The event is open to all young people within the Camden Pathway and will include a two course dinner, DJ and live music as well as the awards presentations.
To book a place Young People must inform their accommodation providers who will then submit a list to the Young Peoples Pathway prior to the event.
The categories which are up for the public vote are:
• Most Improved (MIA)
• YP Participation (YPPA)
• Most Likely to move forward Award (MLA)
• YP People’s Choice Award (YPCA)
• Best Key worker Award (BKA)
